I am telling you, highlighters are the new rage right now and I have no idea how they haven’t been a hot topic for centuries now. I mean they have been around forever, but the hype just started. From what I have heard it reflects light incredibly! It is definitely a must try to me. I don’t know about you. However, the only thing I found that I don’t like about this is the expensive price tag. It better have my face glowing!
